At via cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a item may not be exactly what you envisioned for your space. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when purchasing our products.
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
Initiate your return
Contact our customer service team by email or phone to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive return authorization
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping.
Package your item
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Include the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship your return
Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return shipping label and replacement at no additional cost to you. Please take photos of any damage to the packaging and the item itself to help us process your claim more efficiently.
